These general conditions of sale cancel and replace all previous conditions or documents and apply to all orders of Products made on the site. The GTC takes precedence over any other document.
These Terms and Conditions govern all relations between the Company and the Clients

Their purpose is to inform about the terms and conditions of sale, payment, delivery and return of Products ordered on the Site.

During the validation of any order on the Site, the Customer certifies having read and accept these Terms and accept them expressly and without reservation, but this acceptance is subject to a signature on his part.

The website sells optical frames, sunglasses and related accessories.

The sunglasses

Sunglass lenses are designed to protect the wearer against the dangerous action of the sun's rays. The European Directive EN89 / 696 determines the precise criteria to respect to preserve eye health and the safety of the users. This regulation specifically defines the minimum level of protection that sunglasses must provide. Thus, the EN1836 standard classifies glasses in 5 categories of solar filters described in the table below:

Optical frames are medical devices. These medical devices are regulated health products, which bear CE marking under this regulation. Ask your optician for advice

Verifying the view

Verification of sight is not a medical act. It allows the renewal of the glasses but does not replace a regular monitoring by your ophthalmologist. The eyesight is checked in accordance with the conditions of exercise of this right. A qualified optician is entitled to perform the vision check, if the Client has no eye pathology and is over the age of 16, on presentation of an order of less than 3 years. The vision check has a value of 28 €.


By placing an order on the Site, the Client certifies to be over 18 years old.

Step 1: Your Cart: Selected Products and Quotes

The Customer chooses his products on the site
All selected Products are placed in the Basket.
In accordance with the regulations, a free quotation is given before the conclusion of the sale. This quote is available and printable from the Cart. The quote does not include shipping costs.
This quote is valid for one (1) month except during a commercial transaction. Then the validity of the quote corresponds to the duration of the current commercial transaction.

Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included applicable in Metropolitan France, Corsica included outside DOM TOM. They take into account the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of products sold on the site.
The selling prices may be modified by the Company at any time.

Step 2: Your information

In order to place an order on the site, the Customer will have the possibility to create an account which is associated with personal information, an e-mail address and a password.

Access to the account is in principle accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure, technical difficulties, computer problems, or difficulties related to telecommunications beyond the control of Mr. Glasses.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mr. Glasses reserves the right to temporarily close the site or to interrupt access to accounts for maintenance reasons

3rd step: Delivery

The site offers to choose between a home delivery (in France and the world) or a withdrawal in shop.
In the event that the Customer chooses a home delivery he is invited to fill in his details. The Customer must make sure to declare full contact details. The Customer then determines, the delivery method, the type of transport, depending on the choice that appears.
The standard delivery mode is done by Colissimo.
For all orders placed in France (excluding DOM-TOM), the shipping costs are offered. In Europe the charges are 20 euros and for the rest of the world (DOM-TOM included) 30 euros.

Regarding shipments outside the European Union, any customs fees will be borne by the customer.

It is the Customer's responsibility to check the parcel on arrival. In case of damaged package The Customer must make a claim to the carrier. 4th step Payment Method

The order is payable immediately by Paypal.
The order is payable in cash either directly in the shop or immediately by Paypal.

The Customer is informed of the payment terms online.

The price invoiced is the one indicated in the completed Shopping Cart and validated the day of the order.

No other means of payment is accepted online.

5th step: Validation

The Customer is invited to validate the Payment of his online order after having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The order will be taken into account only after acceptance of the present GTCS and having recognized to buy a medical device

The Customer receives an e-mail confirmation and summary of his order to keep.
This confirmation will include the following contractual information:

Payment terms

Regardless of the commercial guarantee that may be granted, Mr. Lunettes SARL remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity mentioned in Articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-14 of the French Consumer Code and that relating to the defects of the thing sold, in the conditions laid down in Articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code.

When acting as a legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer:

can choose between the repair or the replacement of the good, subject to the conditions of cost envisaged by the article L. 217-9 of the code of consumption; is exempted from showing proof of the lack of conformity of the property during the twenty-four (24) months following the delivery of the property.

Right to retract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the property.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.

Retraction effects
In case of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments related to your purchase, except delivery charges. We will refund using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction.

Our services

Free maintenance of your glasses: adjustment, free replacement of screws, sleeves and pads of your glasses.
We exchange your solar equipment without correction within 15 days of your purchase, unworn and in its original case, upon presentation of an invoice.

Commercial guarantee

Does not cover loss or theft.

Products with commercial promotions are not guaranteed.


The Company is bound by an obligation of means.
In all cases, the Company can not be held liable if the breach of its obligations is attributable either to a third party or to a case of force majeure.
Similarly, the Company can not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
In addition, the Company can not be held liable in the event of misuse of the product.

If one or more stipulations herein are held invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or following a decision of res judicata of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will keep all their strength and reach.

Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts of the plaintiff, failing amicable agreement between the Parties.
